spacious room ideal location airport transfer

the room was spacious. it had a nice bathroom. the location was ideal and near the main strip. the staff helped me with all the request i had, especially with organizing transfer to the airport.

the cleanliness of the room need a improvement.

fantastic stay near galata tower

excellent location helpful staff luggage storage

the hotel's location is excellent, just a short walk from galata tower and many restaurants. the staff were helpful, assisting with directions and recommendations. i was able to leave my luggage after checkout (my flight was later in the day).

The street where the hotel is located was quite dirty. It made a bad first impression.

The staff responded quickly whenever i requested something, like extra water. They were always attentive. the front desk helped organize a transfer to the airport and the price was fair.

The room included air conditioning, a lifesaver during the warmer days. It worked very well. my room also had netflix and youtube on the tv (i was so glad!).

there were many places to eat nearby, with lots of restaurants just a short walk away. the location allowed me to easily try different cuisines. (i found many great spots!).

the hotel is in a central place right next to galata tower, but it is also surprisingly quiet. it is easy to get to other areas of the city from the hotel.
